How does the 7-day free trial work?
During the 7-day free trial, you get full access to the app and all its main features. We will also invite you to book a demo so you can better understand how BrandMentions works and how it can best respond to your needs. Our live chat and help center are available throughout to assist you with the setup or any questions you might have along the way.
Do you charge extra if I exceed my mentions or keywords limit?
No. We will never charge you more than the price of the subscription plan you have chosen. If your account reaches its mentions limit, we will contact you to discuss a potential upgrade. You will never be surprised by an unexpected charge.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We want you to be fully satisfied with BrandMentions. If for any reason you are not happy with your subscription, reach out to our support team and we will find the best solution for you. Contact us at support@brandmentions.com.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time directly from your account. If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time with no long-term commitment required. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use BrandMentions for multiple brands or clients?
Yes. You can create separate projects for each brand, product, or client you want to monitor, keeping all data organized and independent. White-label reports are available on Expert plans, allowing you to send fully branded reports to your clients without any BrandMentions branding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). For annual subscriptions, bank transfers and invoice-based payments are also available. For custom payment arrangements, contact us at support@brandmentions.com.
What is the difference between keywords, mentions, and projects?
A keyword is any word, phrase, hashtag, or expression you want to track, for example a brand name, a product, or a competitor. A mention is a single result that contains one of your tracked keywords, such as a social media post, a news article, or a blog entry. A project is a container where you group multiple keywords together to monitor a specific topic, brand, or campaign. For more details, visit our
Help Center.
What is historical data?
Historical data refers to mentions and analytics collected from the past, before you started your subscription. Depending on your plan, you can access historical data ranging from 1 month up to several years, for both web and social mentions. This allows you to analyze trends, benchmark performance, and understand how your brand has been perceived over time.
What is the difference between standard reports and white-labeled reports?
Standard reports allow you to customize sections, color schemes, and layout details, but will include the BrandMentions logo and name. White-labeled reports let you fully replace BrandMentions branding with your own company logo and name, making them ideal for agencies that send reports directly to clients.
Why do companies switch to BrandMentions?
BrandMentions delivers broader coverage and more mentions than other monitoring tools, including sources that competitors often miss such as smaller blogs, forums, and niche websites. Key reasons teams switch include access to up to 10 years of historical data, real-time monitoring across all major social and web platforms, AI sentiment analysis in any language, and essential KPIs and analytics available on all plans, including the entry-level one.
Is there a custom plan?
Yes. Different businesses have different needs and we are happy to build a plan that fits yours. Get in touch at support@brandmentions.com and we will find the right solution together.
What is Application White-Label and how is it different from white-labeled reports?
White-labeled reports allow you to brand the reports you send to clients with your own logo and name. Application White-Label goes a step further: your clients access the entire BrandMentions platform hosted on your own domain, fully branded with your company identity. No BrandMentions branding anywhere. This is ideal for agencies and high-profile clients who want to offer brand monitoring as part of their own product or service. Application White-Label is available only on custom Enterprise plans.
